Processing & Production Time All Rooted and Woven blankets are made to order through our print-on-demand production partner. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times (after production)
- United States: 5–10 business days
Total delivery time is production + shipping. Most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering.
Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship at standard rates calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to the United States only.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your notice.
Delays Production and shipping times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, high-demand periods). We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our production partner to make it right.
